ARENA… of the young arts has existed as an international theatre and performance festival in Erlangen since 1991. The student-organised festival sees itself as a platform for young, contemporary, interdisciplinary and experimental productions. Special attention is paid to projects that take place in public spaces rather than conventional theatre spaces. In 2025, the ARENA Festival will take place from 19-22 June under the motto KITSCH.
