Dear students,

As quickly as it started, it's over again. The semester is coming to an end and some are probably already planning their summer vacation while others are still cramming for exams.

Under Events you will find the second part of the constituent meeting of the Student Council (Konvent) with many exciting committees and the Walk&Talk with the UL on August 15 in the Schlossgarten.

If you still have feedback on the new Campo portal, we are currently still running the feedback form (https://stuve.me/campo-feedback). If we get a lot of feedback, we will be able to talk more effectively with the university administration.

We wish you a nice last week of lectures, a successful exam period and nice and relaxing summer vacations!

The constituent meetings of the student faculty councils took place a few days ago and the Student Council also met for the first time. Moritz Meckl was elected chairman and Lars Longerich vice-chairman. Further committee positions will be determined at the second constituent meeting on 05. August. You can find more information here.

Let’s move on to the next round, the 2nd constituent meeting of the Council will take place on 5 August from 6 p.m. in the Small Lecture Hall in Bismarkstraße. Lead ME program

Political participation is usually reduced to participation in political parties. Many people are not aware that working within an association or a trade union also opens up spaces to help shape the political discourse.

For this reason, the Deutschlandstiftung Integration has launched the Lead ME mentoring program. The program brings together people with migration biographies with high-level actors from associations, advocacy groups, and politics operating nationwide. The new Lead ME program offers:

🏛️ Insights into political participation

The program is aimed at young professionals between the ages of 27 - 40 who have their own or their family's migration biography.

Open stage Musenhäppchen on 28 July

Your Studierendenwerk invites you to the open stage Musenhäppchen on July 28 from 19.00 - finally live on site again in the Mensa Langemarckplatz. This time we have an extremely diverse and international program - including music, poetry and improv theater contributions.
As always, there will be small snacks for all visitors during the break, and drinks can be purchased on site.
